To create a return request please:

Simply follow the step by step video:

  1. Click on “My Orders” to view your orders and choose the order you wish to return

  2. Once you view your order you will find your order number at the top of the page; under it the statues and the date purchased on

  3. Click on Return to create your return order

  4. Scroll down and click on the tick box next to the item picture you wish to return.

  5. Once you tick the tick box a square box will appear to fill the following:

  • Return Qty

  • Return Reason

  • Item condition

  • Return Resolution

  1.  Scroll down to add your message in the message box and attach picture of the goods received

  2. Tick (I have read and accept the Return Policy) and submit the request.


  • You can make your return request within 7 days from the date of delivery to you.

  • The "Cash on delivery"  and "shipping" fees are not refundable. 

  • Before contacting the customer service team please make sure that the status of the shipment you want to return meets the conditions below. 

  • If there is any defect in the quality and specifications of the product, a return request will be made and you will be refunded by Kaafmeem, in case the returned products don't meet the returning conditions it will be refused and delivered to you again with the shipping fees 50 SAR to pick up and deliver again.

  • You must report the product with damage, defect, factory issues, or error in the product itself maximum in 7 days from the date of delivery to you so we could proceed the return process.

  • All of your purchases are refundable based on your payment method.

  • You can get only one free return with free shipping for each order.

  • Delivery charges are deducted from the refund if you use cash on delivery (COD) method.
