Steps : 


  • Submit a product return request. How to create a return order? 

  • The return request will be submitted and a tracking number will be sent to schedule the shipment.

  • coordinate the returning process with the shipping company.

  • The shipping company representative will come to receive the returned products within 4 to 5 days. 

  • After receiving the returned products we will review them to ensure that they meet the returning conditions and complete the refund as per your payment method.

 

In case the returned products don't meet the returning conditions it will be refused and delivered to you again with the shipping fees.

  • Cash on delivery method fees non refundable.

  • Returning service is only available in KSA.
