To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, all of your purchases are refundable based on your payment method. You must make your return order within 7 days from the date of delivery to you, and 3 days during promotions.

Here are the steps to follow: 

  • Sign in

  • Go to “My Account” using your mobile at the bottom of the screen, in the top left

  • Press on “My Returns”

  • Select the products you want to return 

  • Enter reason / condition / return decision

  • Attach a photo showing the error \ defect in the order.  

Simply follow the step by step:


  • You can make your return request within 7 days from the date of delivery to you.

  • Return request is 3 days from the date of delivery during promotions such as and not limited to (Black Friday, Flashsales, Eid Promotions, Ramadan Promotions, and end of year clearance). 

  • The "Cash on delivery"  and "shipping" fees are not refundable. 

  • Before contacting the customer service team, please make sure that the status of the shipment you want to return meets the conditions below. 

  • If there is any defect in the quality and specifications of the product, a return request will be made and you will be refunded by Kaafmeem, in case the returned products don't meet the returning conditions it will be refused and delivered to you again with the shipping fees 50 SAR to pick up and deliver again.

  • You must report the product with damage, defect, factory issues, or errors in the product itself in a maximum of 7 days and 3 days during promotions from the date of delivery to you so we can proceed the return process.

  • All of your purchases are refundable based on your payment method.

  • You can get only one free return with free shipping for each order.

  • Delivery charges are deducted from the refund if you use cash on delivery (COD) method.

How to contact the customer service team?

Return cases:

  • When a manufacturing fault occurs.

  • Product damage during shipment.

  • Product defect.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • The product is not suitable for you.

Return conditions:

  • Return the product in its original condition inside the bag, product box and brand card. 

  • Provide the receipt.

  • The product is unused, unwashed and not missing any parts.

  • Returning service is only available for the requests inside KSA. 

Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item? 

  • When a manufacturing fault occurs or damage or defect in the product, shipping and return will be free.

  •  In case the returned products meet the returning conditions, the return request is free on the first time, after that you can still return other items within the time limit but you need to pay additional shipping fees (25 SAR) for those items.

  • Returning service is only available for the requests inside KSA

  • If the order were placed using the COD payment method, the COD charges (20 SR) wouldn't be refunded, as the shipping company charges these charges.


Non refundable items:

  • Accessories

  • Face masks 

  • Products purchased during offers such as:

Collections “buy one and get the second at half price”

  • It should be returned as a bundle only.

  • Otherwise, the discounted price will be canceled and the order value will be treated without a discount.

  • No refunds and cancelations for international orders. 

What happens after a product return request has been submitted and approved by Kaafmeem?

  • The return request will be submitted and a tracking number will be sent to schedule the shipment.

  • Coordinate the returning process with the shipping company.

  • The shipping company representative will come to receive the returned products within 4 to 5 days. 

  • After receiving the returned products we will review them to ensure that they meet the returning conditions and complete the refund as per your payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

  • In case the returned products don't meet the returning conditions, it will be refused and delivered to you again with the shipping fees.

  • The return AWB (shipping label) will be voided after 7 days if the customer didn't ship the returned items.

COD method “Cash On Delivery”:

Please provide us your full bank account details (debit account), be noted that the name of the bank account holder should match the one on the placed order. 

Bank account details: 

  • IBAN

  • Full account holder name

  • Bank Name

  • Please be noted that it might take from 7 to 14 working days for the amount to show in your bank statement from the day of refund.

  • COD fee is non refundable.

Kaafmeem disclaims liability for paid orders which are not received by the customer within 90 days. The company will treat these orders based on the payment method:

Credit card / Mada: Order will be canceled and shipment amount will be deducted and the remaining amount to be refunded to the customer's card.

  • In case the order had any modification request, the order amount will not be refunded and the company has the right to dispose of the items in the way that sees it the best after the 90 days period.

  • Returning service is only available inside KSA.
