Refund Timeline – How Long Does a Refund Take?
- Standard Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Promotional Return Window: During sales, discounts, or promotional periods, the return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer depending on your payment method.
Acceptable Return Cases
You are eligible to return a product and request a refund in the following situations:
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Manufacturing fault
- Wrong item delivered
- Product doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable for you
- Damage during shipping
Kaafmeem Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these guidelines:
- The item must be in original condition, unused and unwashed
- Return must include:
- Original product bag
- Box and brand tag/card
- Purchase receipt
- All parts and accessories must be included
Important: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return Availability – Only Within Saudi Arabia
Currently, Kaafmeem’s return and refund service is available only for customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, please note:
- The COD service fee (20 SAR) will not be refunded. This is a non-refundable charge by the shipping company.
