▸ Important Payment Policies
- International Orders: Orders placed from outside Saudi Arabia can be processed securely using Mada or international Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cash on Delivery, Tabby, and Tamara are subject to regional country limitations as shown in the table above.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms: Please note that the SAR 20 COD service fee goes directly to the courier service operations and is completely **non-refundable** in the event of a product return or exchange.
- Installment Approvals: Split payments via Tabby and Tamara are completely interest-free and fee-free when paid on schedule. Approval is determined dynamically by the respective system algorithms at check out.
