The shipping company will try to call you many times to hand you your order.
In case they couldn't get you, you can contact them as you will receive an email once your order is shipped containing the delivery company name and tracking number.
If they are not reachable then you can contact Kaafmeem customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
Kaafmeem disclaims liability for paid orders which are not received by the customer within 90 days. The company will treat these orders based on the payment method:
- Credit card / Mada: Order will be canceled and shipment amount will be deducted and the remaining amount to be refunded to the customer's card.
In case the order had any modification request, the order amount will not be refunded and the company has the right to dispose of the items in the way that sees it the best after the 90 days period.
