- Point Valuation: Turn points into currency easily. Every 50 points you accumulate = 1 SAR discount. For example, 500 points grant you an instant 10 SAR discount at checkout.
- Crediting Timeline: Points earned from your purchases are credited to your account 14 days after your order is officially marked as completed (shipped and delivered).
- Review Approvals: Points for reviewing products remain pending until verified by our quality team. To maintain program fairness, only one approved review is allowed per unique product. Multiple or stacked reviews—including reviews on canceled orders—will not qualify for points.
- Rounding & Exclusions: Points can be spent to cover product values, and taxes are safely included when redeeming them. Point calculations are always rounded down to the nearest whole number.
▸ Refunds, Cancellations & Expirations
- Order Returns: If you return or get a refund for an order, the points originally earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
- Spent Points Return: If you paid for an order using reward points and that order is later canceled or refunded, the spent points will be fully returned to your account balance.
- Point Expiration: All accumulated points (whether from successful purchases or product reviews) are valid for exactly 365 days from the day they are credited to your account. Unused points will expire automatically after this period.
