Kaafmeem’s Policy on Unfulfilled Orders

If a paid order remains undelivered for 90 days, Kaafmeem will manage it as follows:

For Credit Card or Mada Payments

  • The order will be canceled, and the shipping fee deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same card used for payment.

For Modified Orders

  • Orders modified upon request are non-refundable.

Item Disposal After 90 Days

  • Kaafmeem reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items after the 90-day period.
