Steps to Handle Missed Deliveries


  1. Multiple Delivery Attempts

    Our shipping partners will make several attempts to contact you and deliver your order. 

  2. Track Your Order

    If the delivery fails, you’ll receive an email with the courier’s name and a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Kaafmeem’s Policy on Unfulfilled Orders


If a paid order remains undelivered for 90 days, Kaafmeem will manage it as follows:


  • For Credit Card or Mada Payments

    The order will be canceled, and the shipping fee deducted. Refunds will be processed to the same card.


  • For Modified Orders

    Orders modified upon request are non-refundable.


  • Item Disposal After 90 Days

    Kaafmeem reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items after the 90-day period.
