Kaafmeem’s Policy on Unfulfilled Orders
If a paid order remains undelivered for 90 days, Kaafmeem will manage it as follows:
- For Credit Card or Mada Payments
The order will be canceled, and the shipping fee deducted. Refunds will be processed to the same card.
- For Modified Orders
Orders modified upon request are non-refundable.
- Item Disposal After 90 Days
Kaafmeem reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items after the 90-day period.
