  • Tracking Link Notification: If a courier attempt fails due to no response, an automated email dispatch will be forwarded to your profile containing the designated carrier's brand name and your tracking reference id.
  • Kaafmeem Team Escalation: If you face issues contacting the assigned courier company directly, simply reach out to our Customer Service agents, and we will manually reschedule the delivery route for you.

Policy on Orders Left Unclaimed for 90 Days

If a prepaid order remains fully unfulfilled, refused, or unclaimed by the customer for an extended window of **90 consecutive days**, Kaafmeem applies the following legal inventory protocols:

  • Credit Card and Mada Orders: The order contract will be canceled. The original outbound shipping courier cost will be systematically deducted, and the remaining product balance will be returned back to your funding card.
  • Modified or Tailored Orders: If an item was modified or customized upon your explicit request before shipping, it is entirely non-refundable if left unclaimed.
  • Inventory Disposal Rules: Following the expiration of the official 90-day holding window, Kaafmeem reserves the explicit right to fully dispose of any unclaimed items in whatever manner the company deems fit.
