To ensure customer satisfaction, all of your purchases in www.kaafmeem.com are refundable to your credit card or bank account based on your payment method within 3 days and refundable to your store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery to you; this also applies to damaged, defective or wrong items received. During "Discounts" the return period is 3 days from the date of delivery to you.

  • To be eligible for a return; your ordered items need to be unused, unwashed, with its tag, not missing any parts and in their original condition.
  • If any of your order items were received damaged, faulty or incomplete - we will handle the shipping and return fee.
  • Please send us an email to (support@kaafmeem.com) or to customer support 920033067 or reach us on WhatsApp (0567067010) "during working hours"1 with a clear photo that shows the defaults in your received item
  • Your first pickup services is free. If you have additional returns, there is a shipping fee of 35 SAR.
  • If the order were placed using the COD payment method, the COD charges (20 SR) wouldn't be refunded, as the shipping company charges these charges.
  • Original packaging and invoice copy should be provided for all exchange/return orders 
  • For Bundles offers (example, buy 2 Abaya/Tarha and get 20% off) it’s not possible to return part of the bundle, it should be returned as a bundle only, otherwise, discounted price will be cancelled and order value will be treated without a discount.

    For Accessories the Mouth Mask Items are not eligible for returns or exchange due to health and hygiene reasons instructed from Ministry of Health. 

Please note that KaafMeem.com will issue refunds through the following methods:

COD Orders ''Cash on delivery'' - It will be kept as a store credit in your account which you will be able to use it anytime. If you require to have the refund in cash, please provide us your full bank account details (debit account), be noted that the name of the bank account holder should match the one on the placed order.

Bank Transfer paymentsBank Transfer is not available anymore (Bank Transfer is stopped starting 01/March/2020) 

Credit Card Payments - Will be refunded to the credit card (please be noted that it might take from 7 to 14 working days for the amount to show in your bank statement from the day of refund)

Store credit Payments - Will be refunded to Store credit wallet only.

The company disclaims liability for paid orders which are not received by the customer within 90 days. The company will treat these orders based on the payment method:

1- Credit card / mada: Order will be canceled and shipment amount will be deducted and the remaining amount to be refunded to the customer's card.

2- Exchange Order will be canceled and shipment amount will be deducted and the remaining amount to be refunded as store credit on the KaafMeem.com store under the customer's account. In case the order had any modification request, the order amount will not be refunded and the company has the right to dispose of the items in the way that sees it the best after the 90 days period.

Return/Exchange service is available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
